Include ARTS in Core

Hi guys, ARTS seems to have done well as a plugin and I think a majority of people who are testing RJS interactions are using it. With release 0.5 (which includes support for page['some_id'].hide), I'd like to propose it be included in Rails itself.

It sounds like a good fit to me. If we've got RJS in core, it would be good to have a standard way to test it provided by core too.

Agreed - as long as RJS is part of core, there should be a easy way to test it w/i core. - rob
