i want to start my application without welcome screen

i am newbie for rubyonrails. i want to start my application without welcome screen .if url http://localhost:3000 the it should be show the my application not the welcome screen .how can i do it .please any instruct . ありがとうございます！！

Remove (or rename) public/index.html and add a route (to config/routes.rb) like:

  map.connect '', :controller => 'someController', :action => 'someAction'

to specify the controller and action for the initial page.
