how to have confirmation dialog?

Hi,

I am using the scaffold to help me build up most of a simple app

However I need a confirmation dialog.

I googled somethin abt Prototype

however i am not too sure how to use it.

I may need to enter the user's input into the confirmation dialog.

Eg:

Form field 1: abc Form field 2: 123

User enters abc into Form field 1 and 123 into Form field 2 both of which are text_field

Then my confirmation dialog reads

Are you sure you want to have abc as your Form field 1 and 123 as your Form field 2? OK CANCEL

Please advise.
