Lost Mechanics is hiring a backend Ruby on Rails Developer with 5+ years of experience.
The company: Lost Mechanics is a creative digital production studio, based in Bordeaux France. We develop video games, serious games, web experiement with mainly WebGL technology. In Backend we have built our own API to manage scoring systemes and auth.
The job: Within a tech team of 5 persons you will:
- Update and maintain our scoring system API: this solution is an multi-tenant API REST with an adapted back office
- Develop different size rails app
- Help front-end developers to implement your rails app in their environment
- Develop unit test and check performances on our servers
- Maintain our server infrastructure (Docker Swarm, Gitlab CI)
Your profile:
- Graduated from engineering school or similar
- Experiences with RoR backend development in agency or tech company
- You are strict with documentation and unit testing
- Ideally, you have some experience with Docker Swarm and Gitlab CI
- English speaker is a plus
What we offer:
