Hello, exist already a library like google maps ( Google Maps ) for Rails. If not what I need for zoom in and out and move picture on site?

There are quite a few plugins for using google maps with Rails. I’d recommend checking out YM4R_Mapstraction which will let you use a consistent interface to work with a variety of mapping providers. I wrote about it a while back at:

Pardon me, but what are you talking about? Please explain more.
I have a big picture and I want only show a little section of picture. And If user want show other section of the picture, that it can move picture or zoom out with mouse.
