It would be great if it could be applied - we are running into it.

ps Not a complaint, but every release since 2.3.5 has had problems that have prevented us rolling out an update. Each problem has indeed been found and fixed by the great rails core team and community, but it would be really nice to get an official release that we could use in production - 2.3.11 soon?
