connecting model to singular named table

Dear group,

I have th problem while accessing the allready created tables in oracle. sence the rails convension is to call the plural named tables as the model name but, my tables are allready crated with no plural name. so, what can i do to make the connection. i dont want to make the dumy tables nemed them plural.
