Can RJS cause page refresh?

Hi everyone,

I'm using AJAX to replace parts of a page, but sometimes, I need to refresh the entire page. Is it possible to keep using the form_remote helpers and RJS views but still cause the entire page to reload (or redirect) in the RJS code?
