attachment_fu undefined "after_attachment_saved_callback_cha

I got attachment_fu running on my dev box, used capistrano to send to production box and immediately get undefined method error - "after_attachment_saved_callback_chain"

I did a google search and received 0 search results.

I figure it has to be something obvious?
