attachment_fu replace thumbnail

hi.

I use attachement_fu and create this two thubnails of an image. :thumbnails => { :medium => '380x>', :thumb => 'x100>' }

Is it possible to replace the existing :thumb image with another image? The main Image and the :medium should remain unchanged.
