Rosetta Stone is seeking several highly-skilled Web Developers to work in our Arlington, VA, office. Our operationally focused website is about to undergo a transformation, expanding into diverse international markets, optimizing our search engine presence, improving our e-commerce, and supporting the company’s dynamic brand. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with various web technologies (Java, .NET, PHP, Perl), as well as some experience with Ruby and Rails. Our team works in a collaborative environment, with members constantly learning from each other and improving their skills.
Required: • Bachelor’s degree • Excellent computer programming skills • Interest in exploring emerging web technologies • Ability to thrive in a team environment • Three or more years working in web development • Willingness to master Ruby and Rails programming • Breadth of technical experience • Ability to communicate effectively with other teams, such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance
Also Desirable: • Expertise in Ruby and Rails • Knowledge of operational website design • Experience in intercultural communication and problem-solving
