Using vim with project plugin

Hi,

Can anyone using vim with project plugin for rails work help me out? When I generate anything (like migration) and a new directory is created in the process, I cannot get the new directory listed when refreshing the project. The \R command refreshes just the files, not directory structure.

Have I overlooked something in the documentation or am I just plain stupid?

I'm having exactly the same problem (vim 7+win xp) and haven't found any solution yet.
