Table of contents not working in Rails Guides

I use Safari. When I click on items in the table of contents on the right:

  1. the first elements work fine. I click and I get the requested chapter on top of the screen.
  2. The further the chapters are, the more wrong the page position is.

This was most recently logged here. Looks like Turbolinks got the blame, but I was just playing around and have discovered that disabling the syntax highlighting (but leaving Turbolinks enabled) also resolves the issue. Weird.
