Using Mac G4 Quicksilver 867mhz Mac OS X 10.4.8 Ruby 1.8.5 and Rails 1.2.2
I'm new to RoR so I cannot quite understand why Safari displays a raise action this way

Why will it not display " as " or > as > ??
