Our internal development team is tasked with developing web-based applications to support the needs of these businesses and has delivered projects ranging from complex reporting tools, to applications that allow clients to see how their adverts would look at Outdoor poster sites.
=== Opportunities within the development team === We currently have a number of opportunities within our development team and are looking to hear from candidates with a range of development experience. Successful candidates will develop and maintain bespoke solutions for internal clients, using the best tool for the job. The majority of our applications use Ruby on Rails.
=== Skills === Your main skills will be in OO development and SQL programming and you will have experience of Ruby or Ruby on Rails (or a strong desire to learn), but also have other skills to contribute. Experience writing web applications, dynamic languages, unit-testing, and Agile development would all be beneficial.
