Funding, Revenue, Traction status
We’ve started pursuing our 6m$ VC pitches. If it’s angel to bridge till VC, we’re looking at 250k$ as convertible debt on 10% discount with 10M Valuation cap.
65k$ is the till to date clocked revenue, but this product (Enterprise GRC- Cloud) is a pivot we’ve pursued since May’2015 for past 10 months.
