Remove the old school "missing default helper path" warnings

Now we've moved to "helper :all" can we remove the "missing default helper warnings"? Have had plenty of similar grumblings from user groups peeps about it.

+1. I find the warning annoying as well.

Yeah I thought this was the majority use-case these days... but maybe its not?
