The ideal candidate will have a passion for team building and all that goes along with it from recruiting, to mentoring, to reviews. Our team will build applications using multiple types of technology including, IOS, Android, ROR and HTML 5 so the Tech Lead should be comfortable managing team members who work on a different technology stack.
