rake freeze problem !

when i am trying to run rake rails:freeze:1.2.3 command i am having this kind of error in my command prompt ! how can i freeze my rails version ! help !

I think the correct syntax is rake rails:freeze -v=1.2.3

it shows invalid option -- = error ....... help !
