Rails server is stopped after some time

Greetings!

I need your valuable help.

For some reason the Rails server is stopped after some time without generate any error message neither on the screen nor in the log, Simply it stops and return to os prompt.

I noticed it happens when I visit a view that use ActionText with embedded images.

I use: OS Windows Server 2022 Standard Ruby 3.2.2 (2023-03-30 revision e51014f9c0) [x64-mingw-ucrt] Rails 7.0.8

I have noticed that it doesn’t happen when I active “debugger” gem in production section in Rubygem file.
