I was working through some items with DHH and he let it drop that as of Rails 2.1, the date helpers will only be supporting 1 digit years, since 1-digit is all we need.
In other news, he has also decided that he will retire in 2009, in order to return to Denmark and work on those famous Danish Cartoons...
