We are beginning a Ruby on Rails Web 2.0 project (similarities to myspace and youtube) for one of our domains.
We are looking for a team lead to (1) prototype v0.1 of the portal, (2) assemble the necessary team members to build the 1st public beta, and (3) deliver a world-class Web 2.0 portal.
This is a fulltime position and the successful candidate will be able to assemble their team, how and where they want.
