Motiro is a simple project tracking system written in Ruby with Rails. The current version is the thirteenth made available as an alpha preview and counts with features like RSS feeds for code revisions and a wiki for documentation. It supports both Subversion and Darcs repositories.
Everything in Motiro is designed to encourage collaboration. People can report project related events and track features with wiki pages. Everything can be edited using a MediaWiki-like language. There are even plans for allowing site design and layout to be editable by visitors.
