I’ve seen a few posts/comments with single character links (see the last two comments on this thread to completely unrelated/off topic websites from 2 weeks ago and today) where the comments look like legit content but are probably just attempting to farm link reputation for Google or something.
Should they be flagged as spam?
the last 3 actually counting the tiktokonline comma behind the 7 . so are these fully automated breadcrumb chaitbots? when you look at the threads window the three bot icons spell OpenAI backwards 
so now we know.
