I've found a typo in Ruby on Rails guide, where to say about that?

Typo here:

It should be selected (inserted) the description, not name.

This documentation you mention is easy to update because it’s included in the Github repo! So changes can be made by creating a pull request.

The specific error that you mention has already been fixed by this commit from back in January, which changes the highlight line in that code block from line 3 to line 4. Eventually it will make its way onto the live Rails Guides site.
