I need to provide an estimate (windage-level) for internationalizing / localizing (both) an existing web app. The app is built on a 'homegrown' Ruby framework running on jRuby 1.6.5. If anyone has any suggestions re: approaches / gotchas to producing an estimate for this, I'd really appreciate hearing from you.
