how to start and handle soap4r server in production mode?

In console i m able to start soap4r server

require 'soap/rpc/standaloneServer'

server = SymptomCheckerServer.new('hws', 'urn:hws', '192.168.1.201', 6565) trap(:INT) do   server.shutdown end server.start

and get response of soap

how can i do in production mode? is there any possibility to put code in environment.rb so that in backend the server will be running
