I am seeking for some help in a project I am developing around Redmine. Right now, I would like to change the default start date of the Gantt chart from the actual date to the earliest issue date. I have done some progress but due to my limited knowledge on rubyonralis I do not know how to continue. I attach a post done in the redmine website which contains all the information I have.
