Hi, I installed railsinstaller.

and ...

rails s

What's the problem? How do you solve a problem?

have u tried the latest railsinstaller?

Windows or some firewall you have installed in your system is blocking the port.

You can avoid that by starting the server and "just listen" to the local address:

rails server -a 127.0.0.1

Then you visit http://127.0.0.1:3000/
