# Error in Rails 3 Release notes

Hello,

There is : "filter\_parameter\_logging is deprecated in favour of config.filter\_parameters \<\< :password." but this don't work : and "config.filter\_parameters \<\< :password" work, so there is an error ?

I hope the fact that you see config. did ring a bell that the setting has been moved to environment.rb and doesn’t belong into a controller anymore.
