Hi I m new in Ireport, I want to dasabled the save button for generated PDF file and also not allowed to copy past.

You are trying to impose a technical restriction that is useless. Anyone can right-click on a link and say "save link as" -- or just fetch the URL directly using wget or any other tool. That makes it always possible to save the PDF.
There are also PDF viewers which will ignore restrictions like "no copy and paste".
