Change date / time fields when scaffolding

Hi!

I’d like to see different input types for date, time and datetime when scaffolding.

  • The usability of multiple select boxes is not optimal, especially on mobile
  • The native date/time/datetime pickers on mobile devices are really nice
  • All the major browsers have native support for date/time/datetime input fields (see Date and time input types | Can I use... Support tables for HTML5, CSS3, etc )
  • It will prevent devs from including javascript libraries for date pickers. Less js = better!
