Applying patch to clean up dodgy error pages

I submitted a patch here to clean up the new HTML error pages that were committed to trunk in [5279]

It cleans up the html/css in the new 404.html and 500.html

Should take 10 seconds to apply if anybody wants to get it in for v1.2. Makes things look a bit more professional for the umpteen v1.2 apps that will be released with unchanged error and 404 pages.
